CHRISTMAS & BEYOND
Journey with us this Christmas as we discover the hope, peace, joy and love found in the light of Christ
As we welcome the season of Epiphany, the pace of Christmas begins to ease. The lists are shorter, the celebrations quieter, and we find ourselves in a reflective moment — looking back with gratitude and forward with hope. Epiphany invites us to lift our eyes once more, to notice the star still shining, and to consider what it means for Christ to be revealed to the world and to each one of us.
Our theme, Follow the Star, continues into this season as we remember the journey of the Magi. Guided by God’s light, they travelled far from home, bringing their questions, their gifts, and their worship. When they encountered Jesus, they were changed — and Epiphany reminds us that this is still true today. We are called not only to see the light of Christ, but to follow it, allowing it to shape the path ahead of us.
In this gentler season, our church remains a Place of Grace — a space to pause, to reflect, and to reconnect with God’s presence. Epiphany encourages us to move beyond the familiar story of the manger and to recognise Jesus as light for all people, near and far, young and old. It is a season of revelation, mission, and quiet transformation.
As we follow the star into this new season, may we be led anew to Christ — the light that continues to shine, the hope that guides our way, and the love that calls us forward into the year ahead.

Christingle Service
Join us for a joyful and colourful Christingle Service at 10:00am in St Mary's, an All Age Communion where everyone is welcome! Together, we will celebrate Jesus as the Light of the World, shining in our lives and in our community.
This year, children in Fun & Faith (Primary School Age) will have the exciting opportunity to make their own Christingles, which they will bring back to the service. As we hand out Christingles to everyone, we will light them together, celebrating God's light, love, and life for the world.
With glowing candles, bright oranges, sweets, and ribbons, Christingle reminds us that God's love reaches everyone, and that Christ's light brings hope, love, and joy to all people.
Come as a family, bring friends, and come ready to worship, wonder, and share Communion together as one church family. Expect warmth, laughter, and a real sense of joy as we gather around Christ's table.
We look forward to welcoming you for this special service full of light, life, and hope. ✨🍊🕯️
